Payment terms are agreed per contract. Standard: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. Late payments may incur penalties under Bulgarian commercial law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, strategies and deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After that, specific rights are transferred as per agreement.

6. Liability and Warranty

We deliver services with due diligence, but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes. We are not liable for indirect losses or misuse of provided materials.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Refunds depend on the work already completed and will be assessed fairly.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of Sofia or Pernik region.
